Who we are
Meet Your Hosts: Malory Graham and Anthea Pascaris
With over three decades of experience in Aikido and martial arts, Malory Graham and Anthea Pascaris bring not only a wealth of expertise but also a shared passion for exploring the world and reimagining what Aikido seminars can be.
Malory and Anthea come from the same Aikido lineage and met over the years while traveling to seminars around the globe. Those travels sparked a revelation: despite visiting exotic and fascinating places, they often found themselves confined to the walls of an Aikido dojo, never truly experiencing the beauty or culture of their surroundings.
Why not create an Aikido seminar that’s different?
This question became the foundation for their collaboration. They envisioned an experience where participants could engage deeply with their practice while also feeling like they’d been on a rejuvenating vacation. A seminar where the mat isn’t the sole focus—where exploration, connection, and renewal are just as important as the techniques.
Reimagining the Seminar Experience
During the pandemic, Malory and Anthea took the opportunity to rethink what an Aikido seminar could offer. They wanted to create a space that combined the discipline of martial arts with practices that have personally transformed their lives, such as yoga, meditation, and mindful engagement with nature. Their vision was clear: an immersive retreat that nurtures the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Join Malory and Anthea for a seminar unlike any other—one that invites you to reconnect with Aikido, yourself, and the world around you.
